1. Return Policy

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

At Maple Vogue, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. Complete and Undamaged Product:
    The product must be in its original condition with all parts, components, and packaging included. Any missing parts or damage may affect the return eligibility.

  2. Proper Handling:
    The product should not show signs of excessive handling. Returns for items that are damaged due to improper handling will not be accepted.

  3. Hygiene Products:
    For hygiene-related products (e.g., hair accessories or beauty items), the item must be thoroughly cleaned and show no signs of use.

  4. Defective Items:
    If the product is defective upon receipt, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence.

  5. Shipping Costs:
    You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

  6. Processing Time:
    We aim to process your return within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, we will confirm receipt and approval of the return within this period.

We reserve the right to reject returns if there is reason to believe that the item has been used, tampered with, or damaged through no fault of our own.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start your return process:

  1. Contact Us:
    Send an email to contact@maplevogue.com with the following information:

    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • A photo of the product if it is damaged or defective
    • Your first name and last name
    • Your address

  2. Await Instructions:
    After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. Do not send your return to the sender’s address unless instructed. We will confirm the correct return address to avoid delays.

  3. Shipping the Product:
    You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Keep your shipping receipt as proof in case of any issues.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person not purchasing for business or professional use), you have a legal right to withdraw from the contract under the following terms:

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a third party nominated by you (excluding the carrier) receives the last item from your order.

Please note:
As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are placed. Unfortunately, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once your order has been dispatched. Cancellation is only possible upon receiving the goods, after which you may proceed with a return as outlined in our Return Policy.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please send a clear statement (e.g., via email) to contact@maplevogue.com declaring your decision to cancel the contract. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request once the returned goods are received.

4. Important Considerations for Cancellations

  • Our products are shipped from Asia, and we have no control over longer shipping times once items are in transit. If the package is already on its way, cancellation cannot be processed until delivery is completed.
  • You may contact us to inform us of your intention to return the goods. We recommend waiting until the package is delivered, and then follow the return process.

5. Consequences of Cancellation

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from when we receive the returned goods and confirm their condition. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Please Note:
All returns must be sent to our Central Warehouse in Asia at your expense. The return address will be provided once your request is confirmed.
